We have been using Redmond products for several years, and I’m so thankful to be able to find products that are not laden with MSG, synthetic ingredients, anti-caking agents, dextrose (sugar), and that they are not highly processed. They still contain their natural minerals (60+ natural trace minerals!), and the flavor is incredible! I love that these products are mined and produced in the USA. The mining occurs near the small town of Redmond. This salt has been naturally protected by layers of thick volcanic ash. I love to use this salt in most of my recipes that call for salt.
