Not only were they helpful in answering our many questions, but they went out of the way to help us in dealing with the processing locker. The lamb meat itself is delicious, and so far, we have cooked lamb stew, lamb chops, lamb roast, lamburgers, and chili! We will definitely be repeat customers!

We just picked them up from the Wahoo locker, and are delighted to have our freezer full of Mentink Lamb again! Praying for wisdom for Angie and Cory and the family as they seek His will regarding the possible processing facility. I don’t see how the lamb could get any better, but it would be nice to know that it had been handled by the Mentinks from start to finish!
