I love my big cast iron frying pan for this job. I start by adding about a Tablespoon of butter to the pan. I allow the butter to melt and the pan to warm up on medium heat before adding the pork chops to the pan. After adding the chops, I sprinkle some of our seasoned salt on top, flip after about 3 to 5 minutes, sprinkle the other side with seasoning salt, fry another 3 to 5 minutes and then cover with a lid until they are tender and cooked well. We added some vegetables and sweet potato fries to this meal.
