Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix

When we ditched MSG laden products I was desperate for a ranch dressing. After many months and countless failed attempts I found a ranch seasoning mix that I love even more than the store ranch I used to adore! What makes this recipe great is the organic spices I buy from Azure Standard. There is a remarkable difference in the flavor and I don’t patronize the commercial, irradiated spice market.

Recipe:

1 tsp. parsley

3/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp Real Salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/8 tsp. thyme

1/2 tsp. dill (optional)

Mix all of the above ingredients together and add to your recipe or store for a short time. I found this amount equals about a 1 ounce packet from the store. It may start to clump together after a time. Usually running it through the coffee grinder will separate it again. We use this to make ranch dressing, ranch potato chips, dips, and so much more.
