I recently heard of a study done on skin care products that revealed that many of these products on the market are contaminated with harmful ingredients that are not even listed on the ingredient list. Some of these products were very expensive! We must not assume that because something costs a lot, that it contains quality ingredients. There is a lot of fraud in this industry. Because I couldn’t find natural skin care that I trusted several years ago, I started making my own with very basic ingredients and figured out how to do them without harmful preservatives, fragrances, colorants, hormone disruptors, parabens, and so much more. These added ingredients may produce a “pretty” bar of soap that smells good, but they aren’t good for our skin or health.

I was so excited when I tried my own products, and realized how much better my skin felt using them, that I couldn’t help but give them as gifts. A good friend of mine had been experiencing cracked and bleeding hands and when she started using my soap that I had gifted her, she emailed me to let me know that her hands had cleared up and she wanted more! It was then that I realized that people needed these products from someone they could trust at a price they could afford. That’s how my business started. To keep my prices as low as possible you won’t find us at very many craft shows, farmers markets, or stores. You can order directly from us and have us deliver if we will be in your area, pick your order up at the farm, or have it shipped out for a flat rate of $7.
